Welcome to the FEI Course for National Federations' Secretary Generals & Administrators! This blended course was created to help National Federations improve the various aspects of sport governance and management to run the sport in a modern and efficient way.

During the in-person course, participants will be introduced to the FEI’s organisation and various key in-house stakeholders to support them in improving the management and processes of their own National Federation and working relationship with the FEI. The course organisation is overseen by the FEI Solidarity Department and as such, this online prerequisite content will provide a clearer understanding of the FEI Solidarity and its associated activities, timelines and missions.

A FEI Solidarity Certificate of Attendance will be provided to participants at the end of the in-person FEI Course for National Federations' Secretary Generals & Administrators. This certificate is not linked to a professional certification and does not give any FEI status.
